Slavyansk district of Krasnodar region presents an investment project on the construction of a tourist complex

The municipality offers the investors to participate in the implementation of a project on the construction of an agricultural & tourist complex "Kuban mansion".

Within the framework of the investment project, it is planned to construct an agricultural & tourist complex "Kuban mansion". It is foreseen to establish an ethnic complex incorporating: a fishing base from fabricated houses for 45 places, hotel for 20 places. It is also planned to open a restaurant with billiard and a steam room – sauna. It is forecasted that the complex will be operating throughout the year. The project is meant for residents of the region, tourists from Moscow, Novorossiysk, Krasnodar and Rostov region.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 170 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 3 years, and the return on investment period is 4.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 100 new jobs.

A land plot of 2,190,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Petrovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Lenina Street (0.01km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk city – Krasnodar city – Kropotkin city –border of Stavropol Krai" is 0.10 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Slavajansk-on-Kuban is 20 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 90 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Protoka is 29 km, to the Anapa Airport is 116 km, and to the seaport of Temryuk is 80 km.
