The area of investment-attractive plot is 40,000 sq. m. The site is located in Slavyansk -na-Kubani city. There is a local road, Zapadnaya Street (0.5 km), there. The distance to the federal highway «Slavyansk-on-Kuban city – Krymsk city» is 0.05 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 72 km.
