The Slavyansk District offers an investment project for the construction of a multi-fuel filling station

The Municipal Formation offers to invest in the construction of a multi-fuel filling station.

The purpose of the investment project is to construct a multi-fuel filling station for 250 refueling per day. The project is focused on the residents of the city and the district, consumers from the Temryuk and Krymsk Districts.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 65 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 13 new jobs.

A land plot of 8,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Slavyansk-on-Kuban city. There is a local road, Druzhby Narodov Street (3 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Slavyansk-on-Kuban city – Krymsk city" is 0.01 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Slavajansk-on-Kuban city is 4.5 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 70 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Protoka (Slavyansk-on-Kuban city) is 93 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 110 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 93 km.
