The Slavyansk district to present an agrarian investment project on the construction of a vegetable growing & processing complex
The Slavyansk district municipal formation offers to implement an investment project in the agricultural sector "Construction of a vegetable growing & processing complex".
The purpose of the project is to set up a ñlosed-circuit enterprise for producing canned vegetables. The complex will grow 600 thousand kg of fresh cucumbers and 200 thousand kg of fresh tomatoes per year and process vegetables and produce 1800 standard cans of products per year. The enterprise’s produce will be of demand among the residents of Krasnodar region and the markets of the Russian Federation will be developed too.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 206.21 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 4 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 21 new jobs.
A land plot of 212,180 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Mayevskiy farm. There is a local road, Tamanskaya Street (0.3km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk-Krasnodar-Kropotkin-border of Stavropol Region" is 7 km.
The distance from the municipal center of Slavyansk-on-Kuban is 12 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 80 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station Protoka is 13 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 100 km, and to the seaport of seaport Novorossiysk is 95 km.
