A new three-star hotel operated by a federal chain opens in Goryachiy Klyuch

The Krasnodar region sees about 40 new hotels opening every year, among them several luxury hotels.

Located near the M-4 Don federal highway, the two-level ZA Goryachiy Klyuch hotel offers about 50 rooms in standard and family categories. This is the 12th hotel from TriA Development, a company building a network of comfortable roadside hotels along the country's main highways.

«The Krasnodar region is becoming more popular, especially among those tourists who travel by car. We are making it easier for people to reach our destinations and want to make their trips more comfortable and enjoyable. By adding more roadside stops, upgrading facilities, and creating new attractions, we are boosting car tourism. We are also developing new tours focused on nature, country getaways, and industrial visits to offer a wider range of experiences,» said Mikhail Zaritsky, acting Minister of Resorts, Tourism and Olympic Heritage of the Krasnodar Region.

Goryachiy Klyuch was selected as the site for the new hotel because it serves as a type of tourist hub. It is crossed by popular routes for motorists heading not only to the sea but also to the mountains. The new hotel is the sixth in the chain opened along the M-4 Don highway. Its location at a transport interchange allows guests to stop here while traveling in either direction on the highway. The hotel is pet-friendly; it offers 24/7 dining and service as well as accessible rooms. At the reception, guests can buy souvenirs and local specialties as well as find information about local attractions and interesting routes.

Today, about 11,000 accommodation facilities operate in the Krasnodar region, with a total capacity of almost 630,000 beds. Average summer occupancy is around 85%, rising to 90-95% during peak periods.
