It is planned to implement a project on the construction of a holiday hotel in the Slavyansk district of Krasnodar region

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to implement an investment project on the construction of acottage-like holiday hotel.

The purpose of the investment project is to build a cottage settlement in the resort Achuevo. The facility will constitute a family holiday hotel. The guests of the holiday hotel will be residents of Slavyansk district, Krasnodar region and the Russian Federation. The estimated capacity of the holiday hotel in physical terms will be: accommodation in the rooms – 10,841 rooms per year; public catering – 41,917 average bill per year; shop – 37,942 average bill per year.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 40.67 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 3 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 20 new jobs.

A land plot of 8,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in village of Achuevo (district of recreation center "Swan Beach"). There is a local road, Lenina Street (2 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk city – Krasnodar city-Kropotkin city - border of Stavropol Territory" is 80 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Slavyansk-on-Êuban city is 80 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 160 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Protoka is 85 km, to the Anapa Airport is 167 km, and to the seaport of Temryuk is 150 km.
