Over 700 company managers from 25 countries across the globe will take part in the investment forum “Sochi-2016”

It was reported Dmitry Kozak, Russian vice Prime Minister and Head of the forum organizing committee at the briefing in Moscow.

According to him, wide engagement of the chiefs of the regions is expected at the forum; more than 70 governors already confirmed their attendance.

- More than 700 managers of the Russian and foreign companies will participate in the event. As far as foreign participation is concerned, there will be reps from 24 countries across the globe, - stressed Dmitry Kozak.

As reported by the Press-Service of the Administration of Krasnodar region, vice Prime Minister also noted that Dmitry Medvedev, RF Prime Minister, would deliver a speech at the forum.

– Primarily, the Forum is a platform for dialogue, negotiations, best place to hear each other, to share the experiences and establish new partnerships. It is of particular relevance in the current context when we, in the regions, need to put on track the efficient budget performance, to learn to earn money, to tune the fund-raising vehicles on their territories. And the fact that more than 70 governors confirmed their participation in the forum serves as an evidence that Sochi forum remains demanded, especially, as a platform for searching and attracting investors, - commented, in his turn, Veniamin Kondratyev, Head of Kuban.   

For a reminder: The International Investment Forum "Sochi 2016" will take place from September 29 through October 2 on the site of the Chief media center in the Olympic park. Krasnodar region will present around 400 projects at the forum.
