The municipality offers the investors, on lease terms, a land plot for the implementation of a project on the construction of a private children’s preschool institution for 360 seats.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 13,000 sq. m. The site is located in Slavyansk-on-Kuban city. There is a local road, Ostrovskogo Street (10 m), there. The distance to the federal highway "Slavyansk-on-Kuban city – Krymsk city" is 0.55 km.
