The Municipal Formation Slavyansk District of the Krasnodar Region proposes to construct a pectin plant
The Municipal Formation Slavyansk District of the Krasnodar Region proposes investors to implement an investment project for the construction of the pectin production plant.
The new plant for the production of pectin will be built in Prikubanskiy farm of the Slavyansk District. The implementation of the project involves the construction of the plant and office building, the installation of the necessary equipment and the implementation of finished products. It is expected that the enterprise will annually produce 300 tons of finished products, which will be implemented to enterprises of the confectionery industry and those ones producing beverages containing pectin (juices, nectars, yoghurts and enriched milk).
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 314.96 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 4.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 51 new jobs.
A land plot of 15,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Prikubansky farm. There is a local road, Victory Street (0.01km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Slavyansk-on-Kuban-Krimsk-Novorossiysk" is 1.7 km.
The distance from the municipal center of Slavyansk-on-Кuban city is 8 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 86 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station Protoka is 12 km, to the Anapa Airport is 95 km, and to the seaport of Temryuk is 78 km.
