The Municipal Formation Slavyansk District of the Krasnodar Region provides an investment site for the project in the consumer field

The Municipal Formation proposes investors to buy a land plot for the implementation of the investment project "Placement of retail enterprise".

The area of investment-attractive plot is 10,000 sq. m. The site is located in Slavyansk-on-Kuban. There is a local road, Zapadnaya Street (0.5 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Slavyansk-on-Kuban-Krimsk" is 0.05 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Slavyansk-on-Kuban city is 5 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 72 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Protoka is 4 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 110 km, and to the sea port of Novorossiysk is 85 km.

The site is in the state property, with the Municipal formation Slavyansk district as a right holder. The investors are offered to buy out the land plot.  At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.

The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The distance to the connection points: to the power supply system is 150 m, to the water system is 650 m, to the gas supply system is 150 m, and to the sewage system is 1,700 m.
