The project on the construction of a recreation center will be implemented in the Slavyansk district of Krasnodar region

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to implement a recreation center construction project.

The projected recreation center will comprise hotel cottages, food courts, bath complex and wooden platforms for fishing. 7,000 people will be able to visit the center annually. It is expected that the visitors of the center will be residents of Slavyansk district, Krasnodar region as well as guests from other regions of Russia.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 83.71 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 4 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 26 new jobs.

A land plot of 8,500 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Achuevo village. There is a local road, Lenina Street (1.2 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk-Krasnodar-Kropotkin-Border of Stavropol Region" is 80 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Slavyansk-on-Êuban city is 80 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 160 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Protoka is 85 km, to the Anapa Airport is 167 km.
