The Slavyansk district of Krasnodar region to present an investment project on the construction of a logistics center

The municipality offers the investors to implement a promising project on the construction of a logistics centers in Slavyansk-on-Kuban.

The logistics center with the projected capacity of 45.4 thousand pallet-positions per month will provide goods’ storage services and carry out handling works. Merchandising chains might become the potential leaseholders of the warehousing property.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 236.2 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 6 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 17 new jobs.

A land plot of 120,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Slavyansk-on-Kuban city. There is a local road, "Maevskoye Highway" (0.2km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk -Krasnodar -Kropotkin -Border of Stavropol Region" is 0.01 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Slavyansk-on-Kuban is 6 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 73 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Protoka is 5.9 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 100 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 88 km.
