The municipality offers the investors to lease a land plot designated for a poultry farm (gooseherd).

It is expected to use the investment land plot for implementation of the project in the agricultural sector – construction of a poultry farm.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 291,034 sq. m. The site is located in Krasnoarmeiskiy Gorodok farm. There is a local road, Krasnodarskaya Street (0.5 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Slavyansk-on-Kuban city ¾ Petrovskaya Cossack village ¾ Black Eric farm" is 15 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Slavyansk-on-Kuban city is 38 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 108 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Protoka is 43 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 122 km, and to the sea port of seaport Novorossiysk is 110 km.

The site is in the property of Municipal formation Slavyansk district, with the Municipal formation Slavyansk district as a right holder. The site is proposed to investors for rent.  At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.

The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The distance to the connection points: to the power supply system is 400 m, to the water system is 50 m, to the gas supply system is 300 m. The estimated value of maintenance of engineering infrastructure is 1.1 million rubles.
