The investors are offered to lease a land plot for implementation of the investment project on accommodation of a construction materials’ storage and marketing area.

The municipality offers a land plot to the investors to implement the project on accommodation of the construction materials’ storage and marketing area in the Cossack village.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 14,043 sq. m. The site is located in Petrovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Makeev Street (0.01 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Slavyansk-on-Kuban city – Petrovskaya Cossack village - Black Eric farm" is 1 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Slavyansk-on-Kuban city is 22 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 92 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Protoka is 29 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 117 km, and to the sea port of Temryuk is 82 km.

The site is in the state property, with the Municipal formation Slavyansk district as a right holder. The investors are offered to buy out the land plot.  At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.
