The municipal formation Slavyansk district of Krasnodar region offers the investors an investment attractive land plot for accommodation of an industrial enterprise there.

The municipality offers the given plot to the investors on lease terms for accommodation of an industrial enterprise.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 41,438 sq. m. The site is located in Korzhevsky rural settlement. There is a local road, Komsomolskaya Street (0.17 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk - Krasnodar - Kropotkin - border of Stavropol Region" is 0.65 km.
