Veniamin Kondratyev: Investment volume in Krasnodar Region exceeded 1 trillion rubles

The Governor spoke about the record of the regional investment portfolio at the end of 2024.

«In the Krasnodar region, since 2021, the volume of investments has doubled from 558.6 billion to 1.1 trillion rubles. By this indicator, we are the leader among the regions of the Southern Federal District and sixth in the country. We are currently implementing more than 550 major projects with a total value of over 3.1 trillion rubles. These projects focus on building modern hotels and resorts, new industrial and agricultural production facilities, and developing transport logistics and energy infrastructure. The implementation of these projects will create new jobs and strengthen the region's economic stability," said Veniamin Kondratyev.

In 2024, 158 major projects worth 218.6 billion rubles were implemented in the region. As a result, more than 5,000 jobs were created. The largest investment activity was in transport and storage, accounting for 34.3% of total investments, followed by manufacturing at 21.5%, electric power at 5.7%, agriculture at 4.4%, and hotel services at 3.1%.
